Beach Yoga

Saturdays July 19, August 9, 16, 30 

8:30 - 9:30 am

Knollwood Beach, Knollwood Road, Huntington

Fee: $20 per class, cash, Venmo or Zelle. 

 

This is a drop-in class. No registration required; join us to practice on this sweet little hidden gem of a beach. You can choose to practice in the shade or the sun. We may practice on the grass or the sand depending on the day; I suggest that you bring a big beach towel to put under your mat.  

 

Come try it and see why so many people have asked when beach yoga is starting again. As one student said, “It’s a special place to practice”. 

 

Knollwood Beach is located on the corner of Knollwood Road and Bayview Drive. There is no parking lot; just park around the “green” on Knollwood Road.
