​BEACH YOGA IS ON FOR SATURDAY, AUG 1! It will be a nice day to practice outdoors. Please join me if you're free.

Saturdays August 1, 15, 22, 29.

8:30 - 9:30 am

Knollwood Beach, Knollwood Road, Huntington (There is no parking lot; just park around the “green” on Knollwood Road.) 

Fee: $20 per class, cash or Venmo. 

 

This is a drop-in class. No registration required; join us to practice on this sweet little hidden gem of a beach. You can choose to practice in the shade or the sun. We may practice on the grass or the sand depending on the day; I suggest that you bring a big beach blanket to put under your mat.
